Hospitality Europe finds the structural problems operators live with every day, and builds what's missing. Guest OS is our first product, designed to carry the guest from booking to key, across every border and every set of rules. Based in Zwolle, building for all of Europe.
Hospitality Europe grew up inside the industry it builds for. We've seen the weight of fragmented operations up close, in hotels, aparthotels, holiday parks and short-stay across Europe.
We didn't start with a theory about technology. We started with a question: why do hospitality teams still spend most of their time on operational work that could run itself?
We stay close to a small number of operators, partly because it helps them, mostly because it keeps us honest about which problems are worth solving.
Every guest brings the same chain of tasks. Most software automates the easy parts and leaves the hard ones to your team. So the work never really ends.
Every guest has to be identified and verified before anything else can happen. Get it wrong and the rest of the chain breaks.
Each stay has to be reported to the right national authority, in the right format, on time. Miss it and a fine is waiting.
Access has to be granted smoothly, without a queue at the desk or a key handed over in person at midnight.
And across Europe, every market does it its own way: its own rules, its own systems, its own deadlines. The complexity multiplies.
The deeper we looked, the clearer it became: the bottleneck was never the booking or the front desk. It was compliance, the legal layer every country demands, that no software took seriously. So we're building it the other way around.
We begin with the legal and regulatory layer each market demands, the part most software treats as an afterthought, and make it the foundation.
Identity, registration and access are built on top of that compliance core, not bolted on afterwards. The hard part is solved first.
Then we automate the whole chain across countries and jurisdictions, so the work that never stopped finally starts to run itself.
An operating layer for hospitality, designed to run the entire guest journey from booking to key. Identity verification, legal registration and access, automated across borders and jurisdictions, powered by multi-agent AI.
Guest OS is designed to handle identity, legal registration and access as a single automated flow, mapped to each country's own requirements:
Europe is moving to verified digital identity all at once. eIDAS 2.0 sets the timeline, and the European identity wallet is changing how every guest will prove who they are. Software that bolts compliance on afterwards will have to be rebuilt. We won't. We're building for it from the first line of code.
Built for the rules of yesterday, with regulation patched on at the edges. When the identity wallet arrives, that foundation has to be torn up and rebuilt.
Designed around the regulatory layer from the start, ready for eIDAS 2.0 and the European identity wallet. When the shift lands, we're already there.
Guest OS is designed around the rules from day one, to meet the standards that govern identity and data across Europe.
Under eIDAS 2.0, accepting the EU identity wallet means becoming a registered relying party. Guest OS is designed to handle that for hospitality operators, so they can verify guests through European digital identity wallets at check-in, without building the integration or the registration themselves.
Common questions about Hospitality Europe, Guest OS and how we handle identity and compliance.
We know this industry from the inside, and we intend to build more of the software it's missing. Whether you run accommodations, build for hospitality, or work in digital identity, we'd like to talk.
